My recent stay at a centrally-located hostel with strict rules was surprisingly pleasant. The hostel had a great location, just on the border of the Old Town, offering a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The cleanliness of the entire hostel was perfect, with the staff even cleaning the bedrooms daily. The WiFi worked seamlessly, and the common areas were newly renovated, providing a comfortable space to relax. The helpful staff were really good, even buying local treats for me when I couldn't find them myself. I highly recommend this hostel.
The strict control over the room temperature, with guests often unplugging the air conditioner.

The location of this hostel is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. It is also within walking distance of popular tourist attractions. the hostel offers well-equipped facilities, including a kitchen and a terrace, which are great to prepare their own meals or relax outside. the double room option is a good budget choice for those staying for a short period.
The staff's customer service skills, particularly the morning employee, were lacking and could benefit from improvement.

The reception area is nice and the location is great, with bars and restaurants nearby. The hostel is close to the city center and offers good Wi-Fi connection.
The cleanliness of the hostel was a major issue. The bedsheets were not washed and the bathrooms and showers were dirty.

I gotta say, Antique really gave me bang for my buck. The room was huge, with a sweet balcony that had a river view. Plus, the furniture and overall vibe made it feel like a fancy 5 hotel. The location was spot on too - right next to all the bars and restaurants in the old town, but surprisingly peaceful. And the staff, especially David at reception, were very good too make my stay awesome. He let me check in early and even walked me to a taxi to make sure I didn't get overcharged. Props to him!
The food for breakfast could've been better. That's the only thing I'd suggest improving.

Great budget stay! The location was fantastic, just a few steps away from the old town restaurants and nightlife. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean with fresh bed sheets. I especially loved the private double room with its spaciousness and amazing view from the balcony. I would highly recommend this hostel for anyone looking for a budget stay.

The hostel was in a prime location, just a short walk from the lively old town and conveniently close to public transportation. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or recommendations. the spacious and well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the common room was a cozy spot to relax and mingle with other guests. the historic building added a charming touch to the overall experience.
the water in the showers could have been warmer, especially during the chilly month of February. it would have been convenient to have a mini kitchen on each floor, as it was a hassle to constantly go to the ground floor to access the main kitchen.

The hostel had a cozy atmosphere and a great location. It was just a three-minute walk to a vibrant old town with a wide range of delicious food options. the staff was excellent - friendly and always ready to assist. the room I stayed in was single and upstairs, providing a quiet and pleasant experience. There were good amenities like free coffee, tea, and water, and the wifi worked well throughout the place.
Finding the hostel was a bit challenging, especially if you're new to the town. the lack of visible signage made it difficult for taxi drivers to locate it at night.
